When will my Basic listing go live?

Typically, within one business day. 

How long will my Basic listing be posted?

If there is a closing date, we will remove it after that date. If there is no known closing date, we will typically close it after about 30 days.

Can I upgrade my Basic listing to a 30-day Featured Listing?

Yes!  Go to the Featured Listing page to get the details.

Are Featured Listings an allowable cost?

Yes! See OMB 200.421(b)(1) Advertising and Public Relations

How soon will my Featured Listing be posted after purchase?

Typically, the featured listing will go live on the site the same or next business day after we receive your approval of the created graphic and web page. 

What are the steps to purchase a Featured Listing?

1. Complete the job listing form.

2. Follow the link after form submission to the NEC website where you can purchase and pay for the Featured Listing.

3. Gather the logo, pictures, and job description you'd like us to use to create the graphic and dedicated web page on TRIO Job List. 

4. Email us the logo, pictures, and job description or a link to find these items.

5. Approve the created graphic and web page.

6. Watch for your featured listing to appear on the TRIO Job List web page, newsletter, and social media.

When is the weekly newsletter posted?

We typically email the newsletter to subscribers on Monday mornings. Subscribe here. (You can unsubscribe anytime by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any newsletter.)

If I submit a Basic or Featured listing, will I automatically receive the weekly newsletter? 

No. You will need to Subscribe to the newsletter to receive it.

What is the What is the relationship between TRIO Job List and NEC?

11/02/26 - We are thrilled to announce the transfer of leadership of the TRIO Job List from Founder Kurtis Griess to Elizabeth “Lisa” Retamozo and NOSOTROS Education Center (NEC). We are thankful for the work that Kurtis has done since 2021 to set up this job listing and job search service for the TRIO community, and we are excited and proud to continue this work.
