The CSUDH Educational Talent Search Programs provide academic, career, and financial aid advising and guidance to students attending Jordan High School, Fremont High School, Bethune Middle School, and Markham Middle School in the Los Angeles Unified School District and Inglewood & Morningside High Schools in Inglewood Unified School District.
CSU Dominguez Hills seeks a dedicated leader to serve as the Program Director of two U.S. Department of Education grant funded Educational Talent Search programs. A leader in education with demonstrated successful experience building new grant funded programs, managing large grants, working with middle and high schools, school governance organizations, and community-based organizations. Experience in building and leading coalitions to deploy innovative strategies focused on improving high school graduation rates, college enrollment and completion rates. The Educational Talent Search (ETS) Program Director is responsible for the administration of two five-year grants including supervising of all affiliated personnel and sub-contracts.
