TRIO Upward Bound Program Director - Minneapolis-Based

Starting Salary: $71,000 - $74,000

Minimum Education/Experience: Bachelor's + 8 years relevant experience (or Master's + 6 years)

Come help students find academic success with Upward Bound Vision Quest at University of Minnesota! Upward Bound Vision Quest currently serves 135 students in grades 9 ­- 12 in Minneapolis and Duluth public schools. Upward Bound Vision Quest is designed to meet the academic and motivational needs of high school students who are from low income families and/or are potentially the first generation of their family to receive a bachelor's degree, and who want to go to college.

The Project Director has overall authority, autonomy, and responsibility to the US Department of Education for all aspects of program design, planning, implementation, and evaluation. The position implements all strategic leadership and management of the program.  A new 5-year grant cycle started in 2022-2023.
