The Recruitment & Retention Coordinator facilitates relationships between TRIO program staff and students and the University; assists TRIO programs and students in the areas of admissions assistance, financial aid process, scholarship searches and applications, and enrollment assistance; coordinates mentoring between prospective students and faculty, staff, and students in their areas of interest; and assists in conducting recruitment seminars and presentations for TRIO program participants.
