The Chief Executive Officer serves as the driving force behind College and Career Options, providing visionary leadership and operational excellence to advance the organization's mission. Reporting directly to the CCO Board of Directors, the CEO is responsible for shaping and executing strategic initiatives while ensuring seamless day-to-day operations. This role demands a dynamic leader who can optimize efficiency, strengthen program delivery, and foster a high-performing, cross­ functional team. The ideal candidate will balance big-picture strategy with hands-on execution, driving measurable impact for the students and communities we serve.
