The Associate Director of PreCollege Programs supports program supervision, programming, and reporting. This position will work with staff to understand student needs, coordinate delivery of services to meet these needs, and provide ongoing support as needed to meet program goals. The person in this position will hold a key role in data management and reporting, developing and maintaining collaborations with campus and community partners, as well as developing curriculum for both academic year and summer programming. The person in this position is able to maintain a sense of humor, demonstrate high levels of creativity and trust, and show dedication to student success for all Pre-College participants.
