The Director of Student Support Services and the Learning Support Center directly oversees the federal TRIO Student Support Services program and the Learning Support Center on the UW-Whitewater, Rock County campus. This includes being responsible for the supervision, training, and evaluation of staff; program development, fiscal management, and development of program budgets; maintenance of student service data; maintenance of appropriate records of participants, activities, and eligibility; oversight of preparation and submittal of federal and state annual program reports and proposals for grants. The Director will directly supervise approximately eight FTEs as well as additional student staff. This position reports to the Dean of the College of Integrated Studies (LSC) and the Executive Director of TRIO & Scholarship/Grant Programs (SSS). This is a 100% FTE, annual appointment.
